IF YOU SEE A SPELLING MISTAKE AFTER PRINTING - YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE AGAIN AS IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS AND DOWN TO YOU TO CHECK ALL SPELLINGS. THIS IS WHY WE TRY TO AVOID ACCEPTING PHOTOS WITH INFORMATION ON THEM AND PREFER ALL YOUR INFORMATION WRITTEN DOWN ON NOTES/WORD DOCUMENTS ETC.

 

WE DO NOT PRINT READY-MADE DESIGNS (FOR EXAMPLE: A PRICE LIST THAT HAS BEEN DESIGNED ELSEWHERE AND YOU JUST WANT THEM PRINTED) IF YOU HAVE A LOGO AND WANT PRICE LISTS DESIGNED ETC, THIS IS ACCEPTABLE.

 

IF YOU HAVE STATED YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR DESIGN THEN STATE AFTER IT'S BEEN SENT TO YOU/SENT TO PRINT YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE/PRINTS AGAIN. SO, MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR DESIGN.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A PRODUCT/SERVICE AND WE HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO THE ARTWORK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, THE ARTWORK WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A LATE FEE CHARGE. THE CHARGE WILL DEPEND ON WHAT CHANGES ARE NEEDED. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THE COST APPROPRIATE BUT AFFORDABLE.

 

IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT/SERVICE AND YOU DECIDE YOU WILL NOT WANT THIS SERVICE/PRODUCT NO LONGER, WE STILL HAVE TO PROCEED WITH THE ORDER. MAKE SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT/SERVICE BEFORE PURCHASING.

WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US, YOU WILL BE GIVEN EITHER A SLOT OR AN ESTIMATED TIME ON WHEN YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT/SERVICE WILL BE WORKED ON. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY 24/7 AND WILL TRY OUR BEST TO WORK ON YOUR PROJECT WHEN WE HAVE THE ACCEPTABLE TIME FRAME FOR YOUR PURCHASED SERVICE. AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE OR PACKAGE, WE NEED ALL THE INFORMATION FROM YOU WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.

YOU CAN ALSO SEND US PHOTOS FOR INSPIRATION, BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE DO NOT COPY FROM ANY DESIGNER OR PHOTOS YOU'VE PROVIDED. IF WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF PAYMENT OR WHEN THE DAY OF YOUR SLOT COMES, THERE WILL BE A RE-BOOKING FEE OF 30% OF THE PRICE YOU PAID. IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY THE RE-BOOKING FEE, WE WILL REFUSE TO WORK WITH YOU ON FUTURE PROJECTS AND NO FURTHER ARTWORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT, WITH NO REFUNDS.

THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE JUST ESTIMATES AND CAN DIFFER. THEY MAY BE WITH YOU EARLIER THAN STATED ABOVE.

 

IF THESE RUN ANY LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIMES ABOVE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED.

 

WHEN WE SEND YOU YOUR DESIGN TO APPROVE, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT COLOURING AND PLACEMENT IN PRINT MAY DIFFER TO WHAT YOU SEE ON THE DRAFT. WHEN YOU SEE COLOURS ON YOUR DEVICE SUCH AS YOUR PHONE, THEY MAINLY ALWAYS SHOW BRIGHTER THAN WHAT THEY WOULD WHEN PRINTING THE PHYSICAL PRODUCT. PLACEMENT MAY ALSO DIFFER TOO. THIS APPLIES IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING REPRINTED,  THE COLOUR MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO YOUR ORIGINAL PRINTS. PLEASE NOTE - A REPRINT WILL NOT BE TAKEN PLACE IN THIS EVENT.

WE ALWAYS SEND YOUR PRODUCTS OFF VIA ROYAL MAIL. WE SEND ALL PARCELS OFF 2ND CLASS TRACKED, UNLESS YOU HAVE SELECTED NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. IF YOU CHOOSE OUR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY, PLEASE NOTE IT WILL BE SENT AS NEXT-DAY DELIVERY WHEN THE PRINTS HAVE FINISHED IN PRODUCTION.

 

WE CAN ENSURE ALL PRINTS LEFT FROM US ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION BEFORE SENDING THEM OFF. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS OF PARCELS. THIS WILL NEED TO BE DEALT BY YOURSELF WITH ROYAL MAIL. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM, BUT NO REFUNDS WILL TAKE PLACE.
