You MUST have the correct logo files. Here are the files that are supported:
- Ai File/Psd File
- SVG
- A high quality PNG (No background)
Make sure your logo as no drop shadow as this cannot be removed by myself.
Your logo has to be simple and not too complicated. For example, you cannot have small elements. The text has to be clear enough to read and cut.
